FOR PT, WE DID RUNNING ROUND S'PORE POLY. DUNNO HALF OR WAD,30PUSH-UPS,30SIT-UPS,15STAR JUMPS AND 20 SHUTTLES RUNS. YOU KNW THE SHUTTLE RUN HOR. YOU MUST RUN TO MIDDLE THEN TOUCH FLOOR, THEN RUN TO THE STARTING LINE THEN RUN TO THE BACK THEN RUN TO THE STARTING LINE(THAT'S COUNTED AS ONE) AND WE DID TWENTY. KEE XIAO RIGHT?
then we had prac on how to serve all this. very fun, coach say the seniors very kaypoh like to sit outside the coach and see us play. anyway he's an indian named ramadan and everythg he wears is wilson der. except for underwear. lols.
