we ran around the court.
diagonally one corner to other corner running.
then vertical corner to corner backwards running.
we ran like for 10mins. or more than that?
then we stretched.
you knw one knee bend then one leg straight.
then move down that stretching exercise?
we did that like alot of times. from one end of court to other.
then started training.
practise lor.

i got the ball in my hands. so got nth to do.
so i just hit for fun.
