training is tough today. and i suck.
i always get damn pissed off when stroking because i can't return the ball. then i had a set of game with jieyi and lost 11-5 wth. played damn lousy at the the last half if the game zzz. then knee ache. again. but still have to go run at yck stadium. sprinted and jogged, and i shouldn't have sprinted coz it made my knee worse.
